Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia

Admitted as a solicitor since 1984, Graham brings over two decades of experience in advising clients on all areas of employment law. Leading The Employment Law Specialists team, Graham has extensive experience in working with a wide range of clients – including Fortune 500 and brand name international corporations, major listed Australian companies, leading public sector organisations as well as SMEs and individuals.

Graham is an Executive Member of the Industrial Relations Society, on the NSW State Council of the Australian Human Resources Institute and is an affiliate of Chartered Secretaries Australia. His articles have been published in leading professional magazines and newspapers and he is regularly called upon to speak at professional events.

Geoff Stevenson – Principal Consultant
BA (Syd), MBus (UTS)

Geoff has an extensive background advising public and private sector employers in industrial relations, strategic workplace change and human resources management.

He is an experienced advocate before industrial tribunals and commercially astute in advising clients on enterprise bargaining, workplace change and industrial disputes.

Geoff has held senior roles with employer associations, multinational companies and Government. He has also been appointed to Government and industry advisory bodies, training boards and the Industrial Relation Society of NSW.

He has provided significant strategic advice to the construction, manufacturing and agricultural industries and lobbied State and Federal Governments on industrial relations, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety and independent contractor’s laws.
